Mag Life

  1. Life the bright (fame in plenty!),
    daughter of Cannan of the hundred coracles,
    got as reward for her labour a title of pious observance
    even the name of the plain; it is a mighty boon.
  2. 5] A choice, pleasant boon gave
    the spencer of friendly Conaire
    to the daughter of Cannan,–of the hundred hides,
    Deltbanna of the gleaming teeth.
  3. Child-birth was the death of eager Life
    10] at Port Agmar in Aran;
    thereby the son of Drucht got his death,
    from his great grief for heroic Life.
