See AConn. 1242.2. This refers to Albrecht Sürbeer of Cologne. After three years in Ireland, he resigned from Armagh and was made archbishop to the suffragans of Prussia, Livonia, Estonia, Sangallen and Thorn in early 1246 but could not get possession.
