THIRD DAY

This morning (September 5th) the Vestal, after firing a salute, weighed anchor from Kilronan; and having landed her excursionists for a couple of hours in the Middle Island, to visit the Fort of Dun Conor, &c., she passed through the Foul Sound, and with a brisk gale from the N. W. proceeded towards the coast of Clare, cruising under the cliffs of Moher.
