Bleiler, who states that the material ‘has been reprinted without abridgment, modernization or other alteration, beyond some regularization of punctuation and the correction of a few obvious typographical errors’. Regularizations made at CELT are contained within reg tags, with the form found in Bleiler's edition given in the orig attribute. Citations are identified as far as possible.
