Darauf folgt dann ein Auszug aus den beiden ersten Büchern. Das Fragment bricht auf fo. 92 b 1 mit folgenden Sätzen ab, die den beiden letzten Absätzen in Holders Ausgabe (lib. II, cap. 20) entsprechen:
