The cure of paralysis is accomplished generally and
specifically. The general regimen594 is sometimes completed by

a part of the disease according to its property; and at other times by diet. The first of these595 is carried out by putting things on the back of the head; for this disease comes mostly from the origin of the nerves which is the back of the head; and this cure is possible for other diseases of the nerves, such as tortura, cramp, and tremor.
