Maelruanaigh Mac Diarmata, king of Magh Luirg, abandoned his kingship and took the habit of the Grey Cistercian monks in the Monastery of the Buill. Tomaltach Mac Diarmata, his son, took the same kingship the sixth day after May-Day.

Fergal, son of Mael-Shechlainn Carrach Mac Dairmata, was killed by Tadhg, son of Cathal, son of Domnall Ua Conchobuir.
